Career Guidance for Madina Community

Held in collaboration with educators, industry professionals, and mentors, the session introduced participants to various fields including technology, healthcare, entrepreneurship, education, and vocational training. Attendees received practical insights into aligning their strengths and interests with relevant career opportunities, along with guidance on how to access scholarships, internships, and training programs.

Beyond information-sharing, the workshop also focused on personal development—equipping participants with soft skills such as communication, goal setting, and decision-making, which are essential for long-term career success.

Through this program, TGI Ghana reaffirmed its commitment to building a generation that is not only skilled but also inspired and purpose-driven. For the youth of Madina, the message was clear: Your future is full of potential—and we’re here to walk with you toward it.
