TEAM LEADS

Kingsley B-Nkrumah

Executive Director

Kingsley founded TGI Ghana in 2014 after completion of his Bachelors degree in Petroleum Engineering. He was moved to organize career guidance within schools to enlighten High School kids on the career opportunities out there and the effort required of them to access these opportunities. This drive was fueled after speaking to his younger brother and realising that he didn’t even know what courses existed at the senior high school level and the career paths that were related to them.

Kingsley currently works as a Engineering Manager and resides in Oslo-Norway. He continues to participate actively in TGI’s project planning and execution in Ghana.

Isaac Klewiah

Director of TGI Care

Isaac holds a BSc in Petroleum Eng. and currently pursuing postgraduate training at the University of Stavanger in Norway as a Reservoir Eng. He has a passion for teaching, research and volunteering. and has held several teaching positions in Ghana at the senior high level but his favorite position was a volunteer teacher at Footprint Child Development Center in Ghana, where he developed his passion for supporting the young and became passionate about impact in other people’s life and helping them reach their full potential.

At UiS he is still giving his best to the younger generation through teaching assistantship and is a proud team leader of Foodora Stavanger that delivers food to the people of stavanger and putting smiles on the people’s faces. One thing he always says, “I wouldn’t do anything that’s not worth making another person smile or to touch their lives in a positive way”, and that has been his Mantra.

Rhoda Offei

Executive Secretary

Miss Rhoda Offei joined Trans-Generational Impact, Ghana (TGI) at its inception, during her journey to become a Lawyer. Miss Offei has always had a passion to assist the less privileged and vulnerable in society and that passion drove her to pursue a career in law in the first place.

She is currently a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana and has graduated with a Masters Degree in Law from the Cornell University in May, 2018, all in her quest to improve herself and acquire the requisite credentials to enable her advocate for the rights of the vulnerable and the less privileged in society from a place of great influence.

She is optimistic about the future of TGI and she is hopeful that as a group, TGI will bring hope and joy to a lot more hearts through TGI’s care division and help shape the futures of a lot more young people through its career seminars.

Rhodaline Arthur

Director of TGI Empower

Rhodaline is an Administrator of Chrisbill Group and holds a Bachelors degree in Culture and Tourism from  KNUST.
Her passion of seeing people smile always was discovered at a very early stage and this translated in her joining groups and organisations to help nurture and push this course.

Right from joining the Planned Parenthood Association of Ghana (PPAG) in Junior High School, to joining the Peer Counselling Unit aside many others in Senior High School through to being a co-founder of an NGO on campus (KNUST) called Touch-A-Heart Foundation, this trait has been eminent.

Just like Winston Churchill puts it, “We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.” Rhodaline, therefore believes that life only becomes fulfilling when she is able to give off any form of virtue to better the life of another. She hopes that this passion will keep burning inside of her and drive her to make bigger impacts in the society as the days go by.
She is currently also the Welfare chairperson for Youth Without Borders, Ghana.
