The Future Today Project

As part of our commitment to shaping lives through practical impact, TGI Ghana launched The Future Today Project—a community-focused initiative designed to empower the youth of Gomoa Adabra with knowledge that matters today and transforms tomorrow. This project combined career guidance with adolescent health education, addressing two foundational areas that are often overlooked in underserved communities.

Through engaging sessions led by professionals, educators, and health advocates, students were exposed to various career paths, helped to identify their strengths and passions, and guided on how to align them with future opportunities. They received tools to dream boldly, plan wisely, and pursue their goals with clarity and confidence.

The health education component tackled critical issues such as personal hygiene, reproductive health, emotional wellness, and self-awareness—equipping adolescents with information to make informed, safe, and healthy choices during this pivotal stage of life.

We donated certain essential teaching and learning materials to the students; had a medical personnel educate both parents and students on health related topics; and had a career guidance talk with the students about the various courses they are pursuing and their career options in the near future

The Future Today Project was more than a one-day outreach; it was a seed planted to grow lasting hope, vision, and transformation in the hearts of young people. At TGI Ghana, we believe that every child deserves the chance to dream, be healthy, and build a purposeful life—and that future begins today.
